Smile Report on the Fava Bean Crop and experiments

I am very happy to report that the fava beans made it down to 24 degrees . We were still harvesting beans and tops at that point. Then our temperatures dropped below 24 degrees (which really is unusual for this time of year in our location) That has made the young beans (not quite two and a half inches long) turn black, and the beautiful white & black flowers also turn black. The strange thing is, that though the plants are bent and droopy, they are still green and have the appearance of being in a state of suspended animation. I am still using the fava tincture (that I created) with marvelous results...(too numerous to name them all). Alot of things that I didn't attribute to PD have cleared up...and after more research, I discovered other people with PD do have them as symptoms...I never cease to be amazed how God has led me to use a certain part of this wonderful plant and what it has done. I hope that someday it will be available and be able to help so many of you out there with PD. I am still trying to get someone interested in doing labratory testing on the tincture....so if anyone out there knows of a person who would take on the project...please let me know. I am not on doctor's medications (except for armor thyroid) I only take herbs and try to eat very natural foods ...so I hesitate to give the tincture to someone on a lot of meds. My patient takes a very low dose of sinemet & she is doing well.....she had been on Grinsteins extracts for quite a while (which she feels had favas in them) and was diligently searching for a replacement for them when I came to work for her. She is pleased with the results of the beans and the tincture. I will keep you all informed as time goes by as to the results of our findings. As for now, Merry Christmas & God Bless You All.
