Default Good News, Alternative meds, Champagne!!!

Here's a report to gladden the heart at Xmas time!!

" The study was published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and found that champagne protects against brain injuries that occur during a stroke, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other illnesses."

It is even good for the heart too. Full report at

Default tis the season for bubbles

I hate to say it, but ya'll are way behind on this champagne thing! News of the potential benefits of champagne popped in 2007, and was reported here, by this intrepid champagne sipper, in 2008: Champagne, Everyone?

I'm glad to see that more current research is confirming the good news - especially since we are in the midst of the champagne season!

Bubbly all around - cheers!
