Default food and medicine

hi all,

I am here to ask a few questions, it seems my fathers medicines wear off, and stay worn off even after taking more once hes eaten.

what is not good to eat when you have taken medicine, when is not good to eat?

what are your medicine, eating habits, timing ?

thanks
