Default This looks interesting and they've been around 80 years

http://www.himalayahealthcare.com/products/mentat.htm
I am attaching a pdf as well. They offer a mucuna product but the other one is the interesting one.

Some time back I ran this one past Giriija and while she had not tried Mentat, she was familiar with the schools, scientists, etc and gave them positive marks. And their website is very positive feeling - no flash but serious science.

I haven't tried them yet, but will eventually. And it is so refreshing to see something that addresses more than dopamine.

I think using ayurvedic (or Chinese) medicine allopathically is missing the point - we are all unique and each have different problems making us ill - there is no magic bullet. An ayurvedic (or Chinese medicine) practitioner will read your pulse and prescribe based on what they learn from that. Having said that I will be very surprised if I am not prescribed some of the herbs mentioned in that pdf - particularly ashwaganda.

Hi Rick, over the years I have used many of the Himalaya Drugs products and I do feel they work. Mentat has certainly improved my memory and cleared the brain fog - result of mood stabilisers and lupus.
They have some excellent supplements and personal care products too.
I would recommend them strongly - at least to try.

I hope you enjoy reading it when you can.

The ones that I looked at seem to be very reasonably priced, too. And I think that I used their mucuna product several years ago, but I may be wrong.
