Default Shaking Hands With Death - Terry Pratchett

This Dimbleby Lecture by Terry Pratchett was screened tonight in the UK. The lecture was read by Tony Robinson. It was moving, and very thought provoking.

Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant with the weak and the wrong. Sometime in your life you will have been all of these.
