Farm doing well....still waiting on more old carpet to put in paths between the raised beds....would be nice to have an old pickup truck! The greenhouse is still going up...will take a while. The lady in our support group that weaned herself off sinemet (only was put on it in April) is doing well....taking 2 mucuna capsules every 2 hrs and she made her own fava plant tincture and she takes that when needed. She is also growing fava & mucuna beans now....lookin' good! Will keep you posted. Aunt Bean feels good too!
God Bless You All. |

THINGS GOING WELL ON THE FARM, THE GREENHOUSE IS GOING UP. mY PAPAYS TREES ARE WAIST HIGH TO TRANSPLANT INTO IT .......but,
THE BEST NEWS IS: something has suddenly changed in my body and I am not requiring the fava tincture to function now . I haven't taken any for almost a week!! I am still eating 2 dried fermented papaya cookies every morning and my supplements. Three things happened about the same time..... 1> my consumption of enourmous amounts of watermellon and watermellon juice and fresh corn. 2. an American Indian energy healer came to visit and prayed for my friend and me 3. I started to do a Qi Gong movement that at first made me sick and dizzy.....after the healer visited, started to try it again and could do it slowly...now quickly without trouble So, not sure what to attribute all this to. I have only had about 3 tremors in my neck this week and they only lasted a few seconds.....I immediately stopped what I was doing and did the Qi Gong movement and it went away and I felt stronger immediately. The movement itself is like this: Hold both of your hands out in front of you. Turn your body around to the left (following your hands) Keep your eyes on the left hand the whole time. Come back to center front and do the movement to the right side ...following your right hand as far as your body can turn. Then slowly come back to center front again and repeat this all several times. Do the movement several times a day, Let me know if this helps any of you all Blessings.......Aunt Bean |

any improvement in tremor with fava juice
hi all,
I ordered fava juice from international gourmet for my dad. His main symptom is tremor and he has not been prescribed medication yet. I've been trying to find things to help him. I was wondering if fava juice helped with tremors for anoyone? Shar |
food IS medicine

hi Shar, Yes - fava juice has helped me a lot. Less tremor, bradykinesia, better balance are the noticeable changes. I am reminded that food actually "talks" to our DNA. (google Bruce Lipton) For example, its not the elements that the food contains that is as dynamic as that foods ability to instruct our bodies to make their own same elements of that food - also the accompanying enzymes contained in tthe food must help. When Hippocrates said "Let food be thy medicine" it was for good reason! I also take an aryuvedic combination that has a very small amount of terristis tribulus and other herbs which may be helping too as well as 2 pills of 25/100 carb-levo per day (down from 4 since startingg the fava juice) md |

Anyway we usually take the juice and mix it with ground flax a bit of salt and some agave nectar mix well and dehydrate in miniture chip size. Great for symptoms. Juice spoils so we needed a stable product. |
