I'm so sorry, Bluedahlia! I know how special these little "people with fur on" can be, I have some of my own. They really become part of the family. Please feel free to share your stories, it seems to help, I think.

You have my deepest sympathy. Pets are very special friends, and even more helpful for those with chronic illness.

She looks like a lovely dog. You were lucky to have each other.

Default our pets are true friends

Blue - Much, much sympathy, love and hugs to you! I have a shadow, my constant companion, Truly an Australian shepherd; I lost one 5 years ago, Mia, another aussie. I know your pain. Hang in there!

Default Buddies

I'm so sorry for your loss, what a cutie. May I suggest planting a tree in your furbaby's honor? Our vet recommended it when we lost our beloved dog and I love watching that tree grow. It has been very helpful for me.
