Default alternative remedies for dummies

I already told Rick E. that the easy thing for me is to swallow a bunch of pills in whatever dose they give me. I do not even know how many mg's or whatever they call it; i just never bothered to ask. I take Mirapex, Seligilene and sinemet in whatever size they give me - all I know is there is a big yellow one, a big white one, and a small white one.
I want to now start trying some of the stuff mentioned above, and this is a great help, to have that information. But as i told Rick it would be good for someone like me to be able to buy a book called "Non-Pharma PD treatments for Dummies."
