Wish you the best at the hearing.Don't let stress get you.I would talk a family member or friend in to going with you.i've spent some time driving in England, and never got the hang of the roundabouts.

Default Eek!!! So Happy

Learned today I can continue driving...and better still...NO MEDICAL TO GO THROUGH.I`m ecstatic!!!
So...its the roof down and the wind in my hair this summer.
Aw...no I don`t look chic in a sports car.NOT AT ALL. How does one with PD exit a car with finesse and grace. No chance at all.
And do I look like Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepoburn ,all elegant, with scarf and perfect make up?
Nope...I DO NOT. I end up like Bridget Jones...a face full of spit, flies and hair plastered down my cheeks and swimming goggles don`t have quite the same impact as a pair of Gucci sunshades.
But what the heck.I can still drive...still have my independance. And besides...
Topless cars are great for drying your bloomers, especially if you string em on a long line out the back...you know..a bit like a football banner...Just to complete the image of course.

And I almost forgot...just for the hell of it...just to surprise those wideboys who come up from behind, thinking they are going to see a stunning model...I stick black bubbly gum on my front teeth and smile at em as they pass.
aha...gets em every time.

Remember the orange peel teeth Birte?
what a giggle.

Steffi,
Where was this guy coming from? I too have a 3 year driving licence, largely because I filled in the form on my own without involving my PD caseworker. My licence was initially revoked & it then took nearly 3 weeks to get it renistated on the 3 yr basis. I wouldn't go to any interview/medical/official anything without taking an independent advocate from a recognised organisation, prefrably PDS or my NHS PD nurse. My neurologist doesn't ask me to undress so why should anyone else?
Hope this is of use,
Angela.
