Default Neurologist in West Palm Beach/Del Ray

I wonder if anyone can recommend a neurologist familiar with diagnosing Parkinson's in the West Palm Beach area?

And does anyone have experience or comments about a Dr. Robert Schiftan in the Del Ray Beach area.

He is evaluating a friend's Mom for Parkinson's and ... we're out of state and hoping for some comments.

Please PM if you prefer.

Many thanks!
