Default Veteran's benefits for those exposed to Agent orange

The following is from Alan Oates, member of the Vietnam veteran's group advocating for VA Benefits, as posted on the parkinsn list:

On Friday, "the VA will published the proposed rules that will make three new
diseases presumptive service connect for exposures to Agent Orange and
other herbicides.

The rules are about 40 pages long. hoping PAN will be providing a summary and analysis. There will be 30 day comment period.
