I think it is good article. It provides for me the reason to take supplements NAC and Whey. Any comment? Imad |

not sure, your body synthesizes cysteine, wouldn't taking NAC just suppress natural production? amino acid synthesis has a feedback loop, the presence of the aa reduces production of the enzymes in the pathway or inhibits their activity.
NAC is a chelator, gotta be careful. you can possibly leech mercury from amalgams, same with ALA, which is also hyped as a glutathione stimulator. seems to benefit if you have low levels and/or have specific medical problems, including old age? http://www.scienceblog.com/community...20046149.shtml |
