Dr. Russell Blaylock, leading health expert and editor of the Newsmax Blaylock Wellness Report, explains it.
Back in the 1970s and 1980s, dermatologists in the U.S. saw a growing trend in the number of malignant melanoma cases. And believing most skin cancers developed because of too much sun exposure, they sent an alarm around the country urging people to stay out of the sun. As panic grew, more and more people became fearful of the sun. They started taking every precaution possible to make sure not a single ray touched their skin — from wide-brimmed hats and other sun-proof clothing to slathering on thick layers of sunscreen. And that fear has carried over into current times. Unfortunately, doctors didn't know at the time that they were creating an epidemic health disaster much worse than just skin cancer. http://w3.newsmax.com/blaylock/51a.c...mo_code=9C29-1
