Thank you. On a side note I am from India and it's a huge shame actually how successive Govts for various stupid ideological reasons almost completely ignored Ayurveda and didn't try to figure out how much benefit it can provide across the board. Am pretty sure there must be some more hidden gems that can help so many folks.
