Soy!
Hi, soccertese! My only concern is, well, the soy phosphatidylcholine. Unless a soy ingredient is certified organic, I presume it has been processed with hexane - a powerful solvent and known neuro-toxin. (Ugh. When I think back to all the soy products I ingested prior to my PD diagnosis....) Apologies, as I've done no research on soy phosphatidylcholine. I have no idea how it is derived. I'm merely reacting. |
