A review of current FDA regulations reveals that the injection of fluoride into public water supplies is a violation of both state and federal law.
The claimed "benefits" of fluoride make it a "drug" under federal law, and it is highly illegal to dump drugs into the water supply (especially without the consent of those who are drinking it).
