Default A MDS In Rochester, or Western NY?

Does anyone know of an EXCELLENT MDS in Rochester, Buffalo, Western New York in general?

2nd resort: Cleveland, Ohio, Syracuse, Albany area.

Would love to go to Dr. Fazzini, but would cost $400 in airfare for every visit.

Thanks, Desperate!

In Buffalo i highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Trinidad. She is the Medical Director of the Movement Disorders Clinic at Buffalo General. I've been her patient for about 5 years now, and i think she is very knowledgible, willing to spend as much time as needed at office visits and really listens to patients. Her office is in Buffalo General Hospital, 100 High street. Phone is 716) 859-7565 (and she or Pat, the nurse practitioner do return phone calls) Her web page is at :
