I tried coffee twice in my life and it made me tremor inside so hard that the tremor made me almost sick...this was working 11-7 shift in a nursing home before I was 20 yrs old.....haven't tried it again and the smell of it brewing sometimes makes me feel sick, probably my body recalling the reaction I had from drinking it!

Default EnergyDrink (Red Bull) works for me!

I have parkinson's, and it's been with me for over 20 years, I am 55.

I have significant problems sleeping and sometimes I get 2-3 hours a night.

Not wanting to waste my day, I would take a small can of Red Bull. The effect is rapid, not instantaneous, but fast nevertheless.

Everything is in High Gear, and by that I mean I can play my guitar and do riffs faster, ... And to my surprise, I had bought a couple of 6-packs of nuli coloured liquid. I could feel the effects of my parkinson's medication (sinemet, mirapex, amantadine) come on stronger and quicker.

I read the label, guess what? I was drinkling an energy drink and didn't even know it.

Hope this helps.

Gilles
