I use a tablespoon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar along with a tablespoon of Organic Honey in 12 ounces of water and it has helped me alkalize my body. Not to mention it has helped me replace the bad things I was drinking like soda and coffee. YOU can buy it already mixed at Whole Foods, but is cheaper to make yourself.
Changing my horrible fast food diet has helped my symptoms improve greatly! I just need to kick myself in the *** and stop some of the harmful things I continue to eat.
I have recently watched Food Matters and got an email today about Dr Wahls and watched her video and now feel inspired to toss the rest of the garbage I eat.
