Default Can I upload some of my music compositions on here?

Hi...have asked this sometime back but wondered if there was a facility for uploading some music on this new forum.
Am still trying to compile cd to raise money for pd and getting quite a collection together.Would like to run a couple of pieces by you all..well..anyone who cares to listen..to see if I`m wasting my time...ie . to see if the stuffs junk or if it may be a viable proposition.
The compositions are my own, played by little old me,and recorded inbetween cooking pasta !!! yikes.

Someone before suggested You tube but can`t hack it.

thanks

Steffi...

Open a "Reply" to your thread.
Click on the "paper clip."
See list of extensions you can upload; e.g. bmp, jpeg, pdf, png, zip

Don't know if this helped

If they are your compositions, http://archive.org is an excellent place.

This is one a friend and I put together.

There isn`t a format for mp3`s but my daughter has just suggested a way I might be able to sort this.

Default Michael....and Chris

Firstly... Michael, thank you from the bottom of my heart. This must have taken you some time to put together.I am so very grateful.I just hope they touch people and also inspire those who might think that Parkinsons is a ticket downhill.
Please let me say to anyone who feels that way...I was trained as a pianist...a professional pianist.I never contemplated writing my own music...not for one second. It is true that my illness put an end to my piano playing days...but last year I discovered a desire...to write music. And although perfect,it is not,I pray that as you listen, you sense the desire and the determination in my heart.
Parkinsons has claimed so much of what I can do physically...it has and will not extinguish my spirit.

Chris...thank you for your lovely words.Encouraging someone is half the battle and your words have motivated me further.Moving someone is like gold to me. And if my music has done that, then I have surely achieved something. I hope so much, that you are
keeping well enough to enjoy the weekend ahead with your family.
Stay in touch with the site.It is good to hear from you.

Default Wow

Steffi,
Both songs are great. All that I Am is as Chris said "quite haunting". Celebration reminds me of some Celtic music I've heard. Keep up the good work!
