Default Oprah/Deepak 21 day meditation course begins today!

The Oprah/Deepak Chopra 21 day meditation free online challenge course begins today and you can still register for free here: https://www.chopracentermeditation.c...spx?BookId=178

The centering thought for today is:

"I commit to living perfect health"

Very appropriate for us Parkies.

If you've always wanted to meditate (reduces stress and aids relaxation, awareness etc) I highly recommend this course

Default Chopra

For those who may not know - Chopra is one heck of a smart man. Trained in India as an Ayurvedic MD and in the West as an endocrinologist. Should be interesting. -Rick
