Default Happy New Decade

I am looking forward to starting a new decade and putting the last one behind me.

I want to live a happy life in spite of PD. (I'm giving PD the raspberry)

Lindy,
thank you for starting this thread.
My wish is that you, me and all humanity find ever lasting peace and harmony with each other, self and the universe.
My resolution for 2011 is to learn better and better the way of meditation and connection with the music of nature.
Happy new year to all.
Imad

Today’s disasters that cause tears
Be tomorrows laughter-tales heard.
Future things that I most fear
May never even occur.

So my list is hopeful & brief.
My wish, to give selfless gifts
Of love, to listen to others need &
To wake up each morn & live.

thank you jingle belle.

in the mood to try your word wizardry
have not focused on a poetic style
writing these words from somewhere,
somewhere under my brow, deep it is. a mass of cell glop to a devouring lion
a computer almost human to me
a humanoid with computer thinking
a wonder in wonderland. the body electric
Gathering up uniqueness and innvoation
pwp staying strong and courageous all o'er the globe
Our gathering for communication as regular as the mail
Life is bittersweet mixed with such hurt when we see listeners
get tired of trying to hear us
when people don't understand us
whem we learn about another loss
Life is short and is a profound mystery toss
observably fascinating at the begining of a new age
the train is leaving the station
Typically , because of certain extremists who are evil
we become slow and tired of the threats to explode us
Planes, trains and automobiles are target
as innocent children are sold to a dark evil market

analyzing is a too slow a tool
Pwp impatiently waste time while others fill it with busy work
experimenting and wait for what?
the bucket at the end of the rainbow?
well yes but not necessarily for a cure
Do they really think there's going to be a cure
i fear it is a job for them and a cure is irrelevant.

some people ponder a name for the past decade and one for the new
Certain words need to be redefined
how many times do we have to read breakthrough
it merely should come off the type as a new observation.

while fingers danced to google for information
this decade demands application
this will be our call,
till our final fall

stay in the game; play to win with the fact
others take our place and don't look back

this is my last decade.
I'm only a little afraid
I've been blessed even in weekness and sickness
and looking at my tree for this Christmas
I see peace and love and calmness that it represents
And I know i can handle and pass thru some pretty bad events

i belive in the other side
there is no reason to hide
the heavens are vast and mysterious
when i arrive i will be serious
About giving credit where it's due
to God whose love is true
like magic we will transform
and pd will only be a life shaping storm

then we will learn how to keep our cool
i hope i can fly and music is the fuel
love will be the tool
I look forward to seeing it on our faces
Mask gone,teeth brilliantly white
We are at last in the land of light

Permitted to do all that is right.
Instead of pretending in a world of fight
It's dark here like in the night

i think paradise is within sight.

Heart Paula

I enjoyed every word in the sculpture you fashioned and shared
above. You and I and others have been battling this for so long.
I am continually amazed at all that you have given and continue
to give in spite of how difficult even the smallest things are for you.

But even though you are a continent away - I don't know how
many miles it is from oregon to florida - i can almost feel you standing
straight and tall beside me, expalining, empathising, brain storming,
planning and devoting your time to the cause of eracing PD.

I will call you or you call me, next week adn we can catch up.
