Hi Michael and Gretchen,

I'd like to ask what were your primary symptoms? Yes, I was told by UF when I went for an 2nd evaluation that my leads were at the threshold, not optimal but they would not reccommend another surgery. I have found a setting that is working well for me but not the way I would have expected it to. I went into the surgery thinking I would be med free afterward, later found out that rigidity and balance don't respond as well as a patient with a tremor. My surgery was not at UF but as they are a Center for Excellence in PD I went there for my 2nd opinion. They said I was still ugly and oh yeah my leads were not optimal.
