Default For English country dancer

Thank you for your kind words. I think you are right.I have been knocked off my feet and the more I think about jit,the more I feel that it is the aftermath of a virus that has left me feeling so exhausted and fragile.I am just hoping that when something lays you flat.you are ale to get back to how you w ere so to speak.I wouldn`t like to think it has knkocked me further down the slippery slope so far that I can`t inch my way back again.
Willl ride it for now,but it is so hard to just sit and wait until my limbs decide they belong to me again.Know what Michael J Fox meant when he said in his book that it is like being dangled from a clothes hanger.
I feel so helpless.
But...and this is something to be pleased about..I am not depressed.It stinks but I am fighting still every step of the way.
And I hope to be bouncing back shortly with more of my inane wafflings.
STAY ILL do I hear you all cry. lol
The thing is...look what happens when I post s serious....DOH!

Thank you for all yoour informative replies.When I feel strong enough to imbibe all this wonderful information,I shall feedback again.

You are all very much appreciated.Thank you
x

Default Steph;

try breaking your day up into small easily accomplishable steps. be a MOVING target.
Do not beat your self up when you fail to do this, just start up fresh. You will find that you can accomplish much more than you thought you could if you keep moving. Try it from 8AM til noon. YOu will find you can do it.
