Default just joined a gym, which is the best exercise regime?

I have just joined a gym, mainly because it had an outdoor pool and sunloungers so I can pretend I'm on vacation in the summer! They have a Power Plate machine which I know is useful for MS, plus the usual weights, cycle machines, rowing machines, cross trainers etc. I know cycling is meant to be good for PD, what else should I concentrate on? What helps you? I already do yoga which is really good for my body, mind and soul...

Thanks
