Default Sleepless nights

After another sleepless night, I am wondering about melatonin? Anyone tried valerian? How about valerian and wild lettuce tincture as a muscle relaxant to aleviate dystonia?

Lindy
I sometimes joke that I should just buy a casket to sleep in as I now keep the hours of a vampire. Really, the sun is rising and I am then sleepy...

I wonder how much of this is meds...I feel almost driven to stay up even when I know better. I feel tired but brain never shuts down.

Starting a new thread on melatonin....
