Default Question for PD sufferers

Hi all,

I haven't been on this board for a while. My Dad was diagnosed 2 years ago. He is not on any meds and his main symptom is tremor.

He is taking coq10, alphalipoic acid, turmeric, reservatrol, multivitamin.

He exercises five times a week and I am trying to get him to follow Jon argue's exercise book.

I just wanted your advice (since I don't get to login her daily) about things which you find helpful.

The main thing that bothers him is the tremor. I was wondering if there is anything you find that reduces this.

Also, Have any of you tried acupuncture?

Your help/advice is much appreciated.

Shar
