Vote in 2012 Creativity Calendar Cover Contest

Which work of art should be featured on the cover of the 2012 Creativity and Parkinson’s Calendar? Cast your vote for your favorite image by 5 PM ET on Saturday, August 6.

Each year PDF’s Creativity and Parkinson’s Project develops a wall calendar featuring the works of 13 artists living with Parkinson’s. Last year, 2,300 of you helped to choose the cover of the calendar and nearly 20,000 of you ordered calendars for your homes and offices.

Will you help choose the 2012 cover? PDF asks you to help us honor a friend and founding member of the Creativity and Parkinson’s project, the late Carol Blann, by choosing among five of her inspiring photographs. Ms. Blann, who passed away one month ago, saw her photographs featured in three of the annual wall calendars.

Vote for your favorite by Saturday, August 6.

PDF Executive Director Robin Elliott noted, “Carol was an immensely talented artist whose photographs inspired many — as well as a close and treasured friend of PDF. She will be missed terribly — as will be the example of her spirited fight against the Parkinson’s that she carried with such courage and dignity."
