I am still taking lots of NSAIDS (ibuprofen) along with some of the substances in the study and want to get off the ibuprofen because of the side effects- although enough of it makes me feel almost human. I am wondering about getting enough of these great anti- cytokines into the brain itself to bathe those particular cells and reduce the inflammation. Again we are up against the BBB. Maybe taking them with green tea to include the caffeine there to temporarily open the barrier and let these substances in? I'm going to try to include more ginger and ginseng - I remember that 35 years ago I was treated with ginger for Malaria.
