The above paper is a massive (more than 50 pages and 600 references) review of the state of play.

Highlights:

A table showing the distinctive clinical features of different gene types (e.g. those with PARK2 on average have a slow progression).

"Higher serum uric acid concentration has been linked also to slower clinical progression of PD"
