Default Has anyone stopped taking Sinemet over the past couple of years?

If yes, how are you doing? How were you doing prior to the meds and while on the meds? Did you change your diet, daily routine, etc?
Thanks for any input.

Default

A new person joined our support group in May and had only been on Sinemet a couple of months. She saw how well I was doing ...weened herself slowly off sinemet and began taking mucuna and fava beans...she is doing well and is very glad that she decided to go natural.
