Default Parkinson's along with Tourette's Syndrome‏

Hello I am looking for information or studies on Parkinson along with tourette's syndrome. My Uncle who is in his late 40s was diagnosed last year with Parkinson's disease and has also had Tourettes his whole life. Unfortunately his doctor has indicated that the drug you can take to slow down the Parkinson's will make his tourettes "tics" worse. I am really looking for any kind of research or studies for someone that has both these diseases.
