Default My 23andMe Video Interview for Health 2.0

Hello all. I've been a member here for a while, but don't post often. I do check the forum fairly often and have found it very interesting and helpful, but don't like to spend too much time online. All too easy for me to get too sedentary and miss out on life. I really need to get as much vigorous exercise as I can.

I thought some of you might be interested in this video interview I did in September for 23andMe to be shown at the Health 2.0 Conference in San Francisco. Here's the link to the video:
