I read the article on snake oil. I have often wondered at the potential there is in medications we don't always get wind of. I just got finished reading a book about The jungles of south America called "State Of Wonder" The tribes had found a fertality medication, among others. Most of our pharmacy comes from plants, why not animals too?. Also down here in Florida, they are using the horse shoe crab, for cancer research and blood clotting issues. I will look at Fiona. Things like that research facinate me. There is so much out there we know nothing about. I do believe in the shamans knowing alot about drugs. We should listen more to them. How else would they have survived in the jungle? Thank for the info. ginnie
