I shook Bobby Kennedy's hand, Steve! He was charismatic and better looking in person. I was so thrilled to touch him, and said "I'm never going to wash this hand!". (I was a teen.) He was stumping for a local politician that day.

I once saw JFK and Jackie leaving church after mass in Newport R.I..I was probably around 8 yrs old back then
