Default Bread, pasta, cake

Have you suspected a link between how you feel and consumption of wheat, etc?

altho i normally keep wheat consumption to Ezekial bread (sprouted grains-no flour and very good bread) and occassional corn tortillas a large bowl of puffed kashi (unsweetened) witth coconut milk acted like a german road block a couple of days ago- at least i suspect so however it might have as well been the events that day. my appetite has really subsided...

btw have you tried brown rice pasta?? much better than wheat imho - tapioca flour can be substituted for flour in desserts. wheat has a heavy feel to it altho i do appreciate a nice chunk of french bread and butter on occassion!

Default paleo diet

I have been on a paleo diet without grains for a couple of months. So far no changes.
