Default WRR: tryptophan and GABA

White rat report:

combined the tryptophan and oral/liquid GABA last night before bed, had an unprecedentedly long sleep (for us, at least!), and actually felt rested upon waking up. Able to get out of bed easily, despite having slept through and missed a dose of the morning meds. Better mood, too.

Note: most GABA for sale out there does not cross the BBB, the brand we used is in a liquid form and uses a lipid formulation to get the GABA into the brain. If you want to try this, you'll need to take the form that actually gets where it needs to be. We'll do this again tonight and see if we can duplicate the results.
