Hello Imad, my initial symptom was tremor, but not at rest, rather when I was drinking from a cup, or when I shaved the beard, or when I held the phone to my ear. Today, after about 5 years from diagnosis, I have remained that kind of tremor and bradykinesia, only. A bit atypical, perhaps?
