Hi all,
I've just joined here and feel bad posting this here because I haven't got PD myself it's just that I really worry about my friend who is using Mucuna Pruriens for reasons unrelated to PD. I posted the below at a supplement forum and haven't heard anything so I assume no one is really knowledgeable in the area. I thought it might be worth giving this fourm a shot too as the supplement in question is heavily related to PD. Quote:

Taking 2 mucuna pruiens in the morning and 2 an the afternoon / along with fava tincture and fermemted papaya is really helping a friend......I still do mainly tincture and papaya....using a mucuna only when energy level is down and I need a real boost (sunshine helps me alot...without being out in the garden for a few days , I feel lower energy levels
