Default Dance research; non-pharma

Non-Pharma research: here are some examples of research about Parkinson's and dance: part of the very small trickle of research looking for something other than a new flavor of agonist:

Unhappy weekly zumba class keeps Parkinson's patients muscles and memories sharp

Thank you for that link Bob. It was most interesting, and it spurred me on into looking up whether Zumba is beneficial. My niece is an instructor, and I definitely felt benefit from attending her classes. After looking up this link I shall overcome my laziness and start again. If you google "Zumba and Parkinsons' ", the first link and the you tube link you see on the page are very informative. Kind regards, Ladybird.

aqua zumba is the only time i feel no pd. it is very fast, which is good for balance. i took aqua chi and it was enjoyable but too slow. i was always losing my balance. Faizan Sheikh sent a professional videographer and his son who also wants to produce videos. he videotaped the entire class.

Faizan has a PD dance movie making the film festival circuit[ and this is a good thing] and has shown it in south africa, pakinstan [best cinematography.Palm Beach, Rochester and he was invited to Hollyood , finally, he is showing it in iowa and last but not least- TIMES SQUARE IN NYC.

Called My angel, My hero it is raising awareness and money. and so i have to patiently wait for our video

water takes the danger out of it and is a great work out. you may be surprised and how much you can do in the pool. it's a regular class, i don't think i could keep my balance on land in pd designed classes . they are good but regular classes give you a good work out.if you can still keep up i would check for aqua classes in your area.
