One has to watch hydration very carefully when using creatine.
It will cause cramping if not enough water is consumed all day on it. Also it can cause problems if a person has reduced kidney functions, like the elderly. So get a doctor's supervision and/or permission to use it if kidney functions are lower, due to any reason including advanced age. Other than that it is very safe. It even works in some ADHD patients. |
