Wisest Elder Ever
|
One has to watch hydration very carefully when using creatine.
It will cause cramping if not enough water is consumed all day on it. Also it can cause problems if a person has reduced kidney functions, like the elderly. So get a doctor's supervision and/or permission to use it if kidney functions are lower, due to any reason including advanced age. Other than that it is very safe. It even works in some ADHD patients.

I would take note of Rose of his hearts posting. I've been ignored when complaining of pain and a very rapid decline in my gait which turned out to be discs pressing on spinal nerves and subsequently the damage during that time made a reversal in symptoms impossible even though discectomy was finally performed. A more recent CT scan or MRI would be more helpful than a naturopath or acupuncturist. |
