I find this highly irresponsible if researchers here have not examined the very real potential for addiction. Unless this inhaled formulation controls the allocation of levodopa throughout the brain, we will still have dyskinesia and OCD behaviors not to mention the possibility of psychotic episodes. I want to trust that all of this has been worked out up front but I highly am highly doubtful. sigh.

This spray into the lungs/inhaler system just seems like a fancier way of doing this, not a real game changer.

i'm not understanding your post, are you against levodopa or just inhaling it? gets absorbed in the lungs and then into the blood, how is the end result different than pill form?
