As I medidate
My tremor becomes my focus of concentration It steals all my attention I watch my hand trembling And the shortness of my breadth Now my legs start to tremble too I begin to watch it listen to it feel it I am alive I feel a new kind of freedom The trembling accentuates

In mindful meditation, you become the neutral observer of you! and you accept gratefully what is without judgement. I am grateful to you for reading my mumble Imad
