Default Tremor

As I medidate
My tremor becomes my focus of concentration
It steals all my attention
I watch my hand trembling
And the shortness of my breadth
Now my legs start to tremble too
I begin to watch it
listen to it
feel it
I am alive
I feel a new kind of freedom
The trembling accentuates

Hi Imark,

I've been contemplating this page from one of my favorite books:

Lesson 90

"Let me recognize the problem so it can be solved"

Let me realize today that the problem is always some form of grievance that I would cherish. Let me also understand that the solution is always a miracle with which I let the grievance be replaced. ..........And I invite the solutiion to come to me through my forgiveness of the grievance, and my welcome of the miracle that takes its place. -

We may be carrying grievances of our ancestors too - which then would follow perhaps we are called to heal those too?

seems as if there is always something happening that is asking me to accept it and my knee jerk reaction is to resist it...which then turns to what i focus on increases (usuallly what i am resisting )

kind regards and thx for sharing
md

Default Dear md:

Yes I see what you mean.
In mindful meditation, you become the neutral observer of you! and you accept gratefully what is without judgement.
I am grateful to you for reading my mumble
