On Friday, April 20 at 12:15 p.m. ET, the Kaiser Family Foundation and the Alliance for Health Reform will co-host a discussion featuring a panel of experts offering a primer on the Medicare program. Panelists will explore how the program is funded, who it serves, what it covers and discuss Medicare Advantage and Medicare Parts A, B, C and D.

A live webcast will be provided by kaisernetwork.org.

WHO: Ed Howard, executive vice president of the Alliance for Health Reform will moderate the discussion. Panelists include:
  • Tom Ault, principal, Health Policy Alternatives
  • Tricia Neuman, vice president and director, Medicare Policy Project, Kaiser Family Foundation
  • Cynthia Tudor, director, Medicare Drug Benefit Group, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
  • Each speaker has SLIDES that can also be viewed while listening. Open a second Tab or Browser window to...listen and watch in one...view the slides on another. Or, you can print the slides ahead of time. In either case, click on "Slides" under each speakers name.
