Default Metatone !!!

Well folks...I`m not certain I`m doing the right thing here sharing this info with you.I might be doing more harm than good but... you can make up your own minds I guess after reading this post.I ought to make a stab at a disclaimer now I reckon just to be on the safe side, but what with info flying around about the benefits of taking cough medicine [dextra..whatever it is] and coq10 [which I also can recommend if you can afford to buy the purest form and don`t mind swallowing the vast amount needec to make a difference] and then there was that thread about the doctor who drank the contents of his lab test tube phials, then my little discovery is not going to be that harmful to anyone.
When I was having my babies,I was grossly anaemic and my GP at the time suggested I try Orivit 7 ,a box of orange flavoured powders which you make into a drink and which equip you with 7 essential vitamins, hence the name. These sachets had me back on track in the blink of an eye so a few weeks ago I went on the prowl for them, only to find my local chemist didn`t stock them.Instead I begrudgingly bought a bottle of Metatone,a tonic loaded with vitamin B`s.
Not being good with a spoon,[by the time it reaches my mouth, there is nothing in it] I simply unscrewed the cap,and in true bar-room style, macho and all that, swigged from the bottle each time I took my medication.Lord knows what dosage I was taking but enough to wash down my sinemet, diclofenac ,requip, amitriptyline and sinemet cr... a fair amount then hey?

Well last week I tackled rope ladders,60 feet high, swung tarzan like into cargo nets, walked across moving bridges, suspended in mid air, zipped down wires on a pulley, the longest being over 400 feet, teetered precariously on wooden platforms up in the gods,no wider than a foot . ..crossed tightropes, shinned up more rope ladders, smacked head on into more trees, for a good 3 hours.
On Thursday,I brandished a huge set of electric hedgecutters, balanced on a chair to tackle a 7 foot hedge, then whizzed around three quarters of an acre mowing the grass, strimmed the rest of the garden, walked the dogs, cleaned two cars,..thoroughly...and with two huge dogs after a trip to the seaside you can imagine what state one car was in.. .cleaned out my messy greenhouse which was bursting to the seams with hundreds of old plantpots [this required at least a dozen wheel barrow trips to the end of the orchard where my bonfire was located] then tackled about two hours of ironing and cooked the family meal...and STILL had energy left at the end of the day.
For two weeks most of my days have seen me expending similar amounts of energy in tacklling similar tasks.Usually I have one good day and then three or four days to build back my resources.Today was the first day I noticed a lag in my energy yet I have still managed to cut three more hedges and then this evening tackle two hours running a youth club.On returning home I then had enough resources to do some more composing and now...it is 00.46 am english time and i am typing freely and i feel I could pick up in the garden, where I left off.
I have also, this last fortnight, bleached ,cleaned, sanded thoroughly and oiled and painted two garden tables [big ones]...7 chairs and two benches...made 8 cushions for them, prepared and cooked a barbeque for a huge family gathering...apart from the usual daily cleaning, cooking and laundry chores..not to mention shopping, designing a layout for a lecture, which involved fiddly cutting and careful sticking and positioning..have cut out two dresses ready to sew and managed for the first time in ages to stuff a king size duvet into its cover..alone!!!Oh...and I have sorted out my winter to summer wardrobe changeover..the biggest task of all!!!
Anyone need a house building?
I swear I have never had such energy, not even before PD. Don`t all rush out to buy a bottle. It might be all or nothing...oops..I forgot to add I`ve taken on a self awareness and assertiveness course as well...which means a fair distance drive and heaps of emotional energy.

I`m as bright as a button . Any thoughts?

"Mad cow" comes to mind. doh!

Default steffi, you may have hit on something good

Metatone has five nutrients: vitamin B-1, manganese, potassium, calcium, and sodium. The last three are very important in cell function. The cell is like a little balloon made from fats. Little doors let stuff go in and out and those chemicals are needed for the doors to work.

Combine your tonic with fish oil for the fats for the walls and you have a very important cell rescue package.

if you haven't already seen it check out

Default Metatone

Steff

I was exhausted just reading the account of your activities. But, "Go ape" aside, I thought I'll have some of that please................

Sadly Metatone contains ethanol (alcohol) which I am unable to tolerate in any quantity. I thought I would relay this info as I know there are others here with a similar intolerance!

With a dual attack of Metatone and Hopi Ear Candling there will be no stopping you now Steff!! What a woman ...

Arrow Metatone Steffie..

Steffie,

Figures they don't sell it US! Good old FDA at work. But the US sure doesn't mind sending all their trail meds abroad do they? Here is another Link for you, I'm sure you've seen it, buy if not.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metatone_tonic
My son is in the USAF, he is in and out of the UK all the time. I'm going to have him get me some. It can't hurt!

And by the way, like a few others have said, you can most certainly come to my home and take over my honey-do list, the stack is mounting. The wall in the garage has turn yellow from sticky notes .

Give us all some sleep, tomorrow there will be light!

Default Well...only just winding down...slowly

Thank you for your replies.I was awake ALL NIGHT,just itching to find stuff to do!!! ARGHHHH This may not be so good after all.Incidentally I had the same sort of feverish compulsion to clean, sort,DO ANYTHING but sit ..when I was taking Q10. Its a good job I am alone except for my two children, for two weeks or I am sure there would be sparks flying in my home.I guess there is nothing worse when folk are trying to relax and this whirling dervish descends with mop, vaccuum cleaner, iron tucked under one arm, polish under the other, broom shoved up ...well...you know where... aiming to spring clean at 11.00 pm.Not good.I sorted through old photo`s,bleached my shower,bath,loo,basin,cat,,,dog...[whoa..I have no cat ] ...oh well..someone elses cat then...was at the local store buying groceries at 8.10am...and have only just stopped. Have walked the dogs, made dinner, washed, ironed, fettled two huge sets of china that were collecting dust on my dressers, met a rep for two Body Shop parties...Something is going to give and Chasmo,I am trying to heed your warning but...head is still buzzing over with stuff.
Chris...sorry you can`t take the alcohol content and thanks for the intolerance warning to others.Maybe I can WILL you some of my energy.
Rosebud,...if I lived close I`d willingly take on your laundry ...guess your quip about fat becoming fart almost fits my description...not as a verb but more to the point that only a FART would erupt on the scale that I am doing.
Reveretti..your knowledge never ceases to amaze me but my pc won`t give me the link.Likewise with yours Sadlyme.
English CD...I have always had heaps of energy until PD stopped me at the peak of my career.I could never enter my school workplace discreetly.I sort of exploded through the doors and the rest of the teachers would stand with their backs flat against the wall, pretending to cling on for dear llife as this tornado blasted down the corridor.

Wish me some sleep tonight...this can`t be right...can it?

I am certain I have missed someone out...so sorry if I have..but have nothing more to report at the minute.Guess I should expect a burn out soon.

Then I will be a FLAT FART...!!!
