Default magnesium and epsom salt confirmation

I've always heard about how great epsom salt baths are, and it's true, the magnesium does absorb into the skin. Just how much, I never knew until I came across this study:

Since most folks are estimated to have a magnesium deficiency, most of us should probably be taking an epsom salt bath or two a week...if you look magnesium up, you'll find it is absolutely critical to our nervous systems. Good thing Costco carries the 50 lb. two-pack (just kidding)...but they do carry it and it's pretty cheap. I'm curious if anyone embarks on an epsom salt bath white rat trial, let us know if it makes a difference.
