Default Special Diet for Parkinson's Disease
I'm just now beginning to see the correlation between my diet and the effectiveness of my Sinemet. I feel a bit silly that it took me so long to see it but now I know.

There's several excellent articles on the topic. For example, do a Google search for "Special Diet for Parkinson's Disease".

It's well worth the read.

Amen...everything you eat effects your brain chemistry....hope people start to realize this .
