A few months ago I suggested to a friend that she try taking 25 mg of CO Q 10 with each Sinemet 25/100 dose. She takes 5 doses a day.
I saw her on Skype yesterday. I could barely tell that she has PD. She's even back to running 10 miles. She is truly happy. I thought you should know! Steve

This is in response to a prior post on creatine. When I started taking creatine I told my internist. He said drink a lot of water because it can cause kidney stones. Three months after taking creatine I had the most intense pain in my side I ever experienced. I never had a kidney stone so I didn't associate that possibility. I was referred to an Urologist and he said I had a very large kidney stone and it had to be surgically removed. I have no scientific proof that the creatine caused the stone but I believe it did. I stopped the creatine and have not had another stone.
